How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to get your nail mail to you as soon as possible, we will ship out your order within 48 hours.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We currently only offer shipping to the US, UK, NZ and AUS. However we definitely will be expanding our range in the near future.

What is your return policy? 

We always want your experience to be 100% positive but sometimes things do go wrong. If your product arrives faulty or damaged please send us an email with photos and a description. Unfortunately we don’t offer refunds for change of mind or order mistakes. However we can offer exchanges on unused, unopened items. Unfortunately you will have to cover the cost of shipping in this circumstance
